Job summary

KCJ Engineering seeks a Recruitment Specialist in Malaysia to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will publish job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, conduct initial assessments, and communicate outcomes and offers.

You will also prepare offers and contracts, maintain records and reports. Post‑hire responsibilities include pre‑employment checks, onboarding, file updates, and coordinating access and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and candidate assessments.
• Liaise with candidates regarding interview outcomes and employment offers.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress reports.
• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements and ensure all necessary documents are submitted by new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes to ensure smooth integration into the organisation.
• Prepare and update employee personal files and HR databases.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to arrange system access, staff identification cards, uniforms, and workstations for new employees.
• Monitor new employees' joining status and provide support throughout the onboarding process.
• Follow up on probation periods and assist in preparing confirmation‑related documentation.
• Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Generate recruitment and onboarding reports for management review.
