Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd is seeking a recruitment and HR professional in Malaysia to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will collaborate with department managers, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and coordinate hiring with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online job portals.

Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborate with department managers to define consistent and accurate recruitment requirements.
• Post job advertisements across various platforms and source qualified candidates through databases, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions.
• Assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and experience in line with job requirements.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings.
• Coordinate the overall hiring process with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and complete necessary documentation for new hires and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Manage and support employee induction and onboarding programs.
• Promote and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
