Job summary

Chailease Berjaya Credit Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for roles assigned by the supervisor, draft and post job advertisements, prescreen candidates, and arrange interviews with department heads.

You will manage onboarding, complete related forms, assist with CSR activities, monitor attendance, overtime and leaves, coordinate staff events with the Admin Executive, and maintain accurate HR filing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in human resources management or related field.
• Experience in recruitment agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for roles assigned by supervisor.
• Draft and post job advertisements; prescreen and arrange interviews with department heads.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and complete related forms.
• Assist with CSR activities.
• Support attendance, overtime, and leave verification.
• Coordinate employee activities with Admin Executive (trips, dinners, gatherings).
• Maintain proper HR document filing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
