Job summary

SF Global Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead full-lifecycle hiring across business units. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and close candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies.

You will drive recruitment analytics, optimize ATS, and lead continuous process improvements to deliver recruiting excellence and an engaging candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition / full-lifecycle recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a manager, lead, or senior recruitment capacity.
• Hands-on Recruiting Capability: Proven track record of managing and closing hires across diverse roles and levels.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong competency in recruitment analytics, data visualization, and reporting (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or ATS built-in analytics).
• System Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, SmartRecruiters) and candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines, job platforms).
• Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights for executive leadership and hiring managers. Mandarin speaking required as the role deals with China colleagues.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, create job descriptions, and establish hiring strategies
• Ensure a seamless, engaging, and positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment touchpoints
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, job boards, networking events, employee referrals) to build talent pools
• Measure and track key recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness, and Conversion Rates
• Analyze recruitment trends and pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions
• Design and maintain regular recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership and hiring managers
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data hygiene and seamless integration with existing tools
• Conduct market research and benchmark compensation, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends
• Implement continuous process improvements in interview scheduling, screening workflows, and employer branding initiatives
