Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, laboratory, industrial, or B2B roles is advantageous.
• Strong sourcing capabilities via LinkedIn, job portals, networking and direct search.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for TIC industry across diverse business units from sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
• Source and attract quality candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present shortlists to Hiring Managers.
• Build talent pipelines for niche roles and manage recruitment agencies to ensure timely hires.
