Job summary

Frencken Group Limited, Malaysia, is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, across multiple functions.

You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, build a strong talent pipeline, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage agencies. You will report on KPIs and help Frencken attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, job scope, competency requirements, hiring priorities, and recruitment timelines.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions across various organizational levels.
• Proactively source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, career fairs, professional networks, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and talent pool for current and future business requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, virtual interviews, and face-to-face interviews, and provide professional assessments and recommendations to Hiring Managers.
• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers on candidate availability, salary expectations, market trends, notice periods, and recruitment challenges.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate and manage interview arrangements between candidates and Hiring Managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Lead offer management and salary negotiation with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with internal salary structures and company policies.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners, including candidate sourcing, submission quality, recruitment performance, and service effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment agency performance and recommend suitable sourcing channels based on hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate trackers, interview evaluations, hiring documentation, and recruitment reports.
• Monitor and analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, sourcing effectiveness, candidate pipeline, and recruitment cost.
