You will partner with hiring managers, source via portals and networks, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while building pipelines for sales and shared services. This role requires at least two years in talent acquisition, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and excellent English; regional

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related discipline.
• At least 2 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for shared services.
• End-to-end recruitment cycle experience.
• Sales or commercial recruiting experience preferred.
• English proficiency; additional languages advantageous.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: requirements, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and priorities.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies.
• Screen candidates for experience, motivation and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communications with stakeholders.
• Support salary alignment, offers and negotiations.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring roles in sales and shared services.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS.
• Provide updates on hiring status and market feedback.
• Assist recruitment campaigns and employer branding when needed.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience and ensure policy compliance.
