The role requires 6–8 years in talent acquisition, experience hiring for enterprise and corporate functions, and proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 6–8 years of talent acquisition experience with mid‑to‑senior hiring track record.
• Experience hiring for enterprise, corporate, and commercial functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Excel, recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ATS and digital sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication skills and brand representation.
• Analytical, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and build pipelines.
