Reolink is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for the October 2026 intake. You will assist with end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and basic HR operations, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing talent, engaging candidates, and supporting new hire onboarding.
The role involves posting openings, communicating with applicants, organizing onboarding materials, and maintaining HR records. A recent graduate or current student in HR/Business/Psychology is preferred.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist with end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and basic HR operations. This role offers hands‑on experience in sourcing talent, engaging candidates, and supporting employee onboarding.
Recruitment & Scheduling: Post job openings on job boards, review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, providing updates and ensuring a smooth experience.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare HR documents, assemble orientation materials, and assist with new hire inductions.
Database & Admin: Keep candidate and employee records accurate in HR databases/ATS, and help prepare basic HR reports and letters.
Engagement & Training: Help organize employee engagement activities, company events, and internal training sessions.
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Well-organized with good time‑management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Discreet, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
