Job summary

Reolink is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for the October 2026 intake. You will assist with end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and basic HR operations, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing talent, engaging candidates, and supporting new hire onboarding.

The role involves posting openings, communicating with applicants, organizing onboarding materials, and maintaining HR records. A recent graduate or current student in HR/Business/Psychology is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently studying HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized with good time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Discreet and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job boards and review resumes.
• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding and HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain candidate records in HR databases/ATS.
• Assist with HR reports and letters.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal training.
