Job summary

TalentVis-HR is seeking an enthusiastic recruitment professional to manage the full cycle—from sourcing to placement. You will source CVs, screen candidates, and present fit candidates to clients, while maintaining strong relationships post-placement.

Responsibilities

• Executing 360 recruitment cycle (source clients and hire candidates).
• Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.
• Providing consultation and solutions to clients.
• Source candidates’ CVs, filter by interview and propose to clients.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
• Maintain relationships and active communication with clients and candidates after placement.
• Develop talent pipelines and networking.
