Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• CGPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Internship duration of 6 months or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Send interview invitations and follow-up communication.
• Support virtual and onsite interview arrangements.
• Document collection and processing - assist in collecting and verifying candidate documents.
• Prepare and organize onboarding-related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing of candidate information.
• Administrative support - update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the PS TA team.
• Project & event support - assist in PS TA related projects, process improvements, or HR initiatives.
• Support coordination of HR events.
• Participate in internal team projects as assigned.
