Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG offers an internship in HR Emerging Talent in Malaysia. You will support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment processes, events, and employer branding initiatives.

You'll work closely with recruiters, screen resumes, and help prepare reports while developing hands-on skills in candidate assessment and administration within a global semiconductor leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or related field.
• CGPA 3.00 or above.
• Preferred internship duration of 3 months or longer.

Responsibilities

Internship under HR Emerging Talent

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Recruitment Support - Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across various job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment channels. Assist in maintaining updated and accurate job postings to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial resume screening and shortlisting based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
• Candidate Assessment - Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and interest in available positions. Support hiring managers and recruiters in coordinating interview processes.
• Talent Acquisition Operations - Attend Talent Acquisition team meetings and contribute ideas, updates, and recruitment insights. Support administrative tasks related to recruitment activities and talent acquisition projects. Assist in preparing recruitment reports and candidate pipeline updates when required.
• Recruitment Events & Activities - Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment campaigns, career fairs, campus outreach programs, and hiring events. Support logistical arrangements and event preparation activities to ensure successful execution. Engage with potential candidates during recruitment events to promote employment opportunities.
• Employer Branding - Contribute to employer branding initiatives by supporting content creation and promotional activities. Assist in enhancing the company's employer value proposition through digital and campus engagement efforts.

• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above.
• Preferred internship duration of 3 months and above.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
