Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination - schedule interviews, send invitations and follow-up, support virtual and onsite arrangements.
• Document Collection & Processing - assist in collecting/verifying documents and onboarding materials.
• Administrative Support - update recruitment trackers and databases, support day-to-day TA tasks.
• Project & Event Support - assist in TA projects, HR initiatives and event coordination.
