Job summary

• Pursuing an IT/CS degree with good academic standing.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts including cloud computing, system configuration and data analysis.

• Able to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Manage incident and service order tickets as well as handle user management tasks such as access control.
• Create system and application documentation, including training materials to support users effectively.
• Assist with test management including creating and executing testcases.
• Collaborate with IT and business users to extract contract data.
• Explore MS Outlook and MS Word plugins for capability with Agiloft and create installation packages.
• Analyze data using tools like MS Excel - Power Query.
• Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, system configuration, and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Excel Power Query (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
