Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or related field.
• CGPA 3.00 or above.
• Preferred internship duration of 3 months or longer.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment by creating, publishing, and managing ads across portals and channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist based on role requirements.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit and coordinate interviews.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with meetings, reports, and pipeline updates.
• Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, and campus outreach.
• Contribute to employer branding through content and campus engagement.
