Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or related field required.
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or above.
• Internship duration of 3 months or longer preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across portals, social media, and recruitment channels.
• Assist in maintaining updated job postings to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and shortlist based on requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and recruiters.
• Attend Talent Acquisition meetings and share updates and insights.
• Support recruitment reports and candidate pipeline updates as needed.
• Organize recruitment campaigns, career fairs, campus outreach, and hiring events.
• Assist in employer branding efforts through content creation and campus engagement.
