Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia is seeking a Specialist Talent Acquisition Services professional to manage end-to-end work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires. You will liaise with Immigration and government agencies, guide internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate compliance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Diploma qualification should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to proactively identify potential issues and elevate them to the Manager in a timely manner.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Hands‑on experience and working knowledge of HR systems, such as SAP, GMDS, and ATS, including Umantis and Eightfold, would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
• Liaise with government agencies to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and new hires on work pass eligibility and procedures.
• Maintain records and monitor work pass expiry dates for renewals or terminations.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and immigration regulations.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to work passes.
• Stay updated on immigration and labor law changes and inform stakeholders.
• Support the HR Talent Acquisition team in hiring and onboarding foreign employees.
• Handle work pass inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate accommodation arrangements for foreign hires.
• Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions and coordinate with Finance for payments.
