Job summary

EDEN CUBE MARKETING GROUP (ASIA) SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle and support Asia-wide growth.

You will design sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage job postings, onboard new hires, and partner with department managers to build high-performing teams in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactive, results‑driven and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates across channels
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage job postings and craft compelling job descriptions
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring metrics
• Collaborate with department managers on hiring needs and solutions
• Contribute to HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
• Identify process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Support retention strategies and employee development programs
