Job summary

Misc Group is seeking a strategic leader to head Talent Acquisition in Kuala Lumpur. You will shape and execute recruitment strategies, align TA with business goals, and drive initiatives to attract high-calibre professionals who fit our culture.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, build robust pipelines, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and partner with senior leaders to deliver talent that supports organizational growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of related working experience with solid experience in recruitment, employee engagement, culture management and/or D&I.
• Experience leading employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
• Experience implementing D&I strategies to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource, social science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s recruitment strategy to attract, hire and retain top talent across the Group.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies leveraging technology and industry trends.
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning.
• Define recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure success.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the recruitment team and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships to optimize costs.
• Strengthen employer branding across platforms and relationships with universities and networks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align TA strategies with business needs.
