Job summary

EDEN CUBE MARKETING GROUP (ASIA) SDN BHD is seeking an HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring) to manage internal recruitment and provide general HR administrative support. The role reports to the HR Manager and focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating selections to back the company’s expansion plans.

You will draft advertisements, coordinate interviews, manage new hire documentation, and assist with salary benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Draft and publish job advertisements on recruitment portals.
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate face-to-face/virtual interviews.
• Liaise with hiring managers on candidate evaluation and selection.
• Hit KPI/ target set by company.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and confirmation letters.
• Process new hire documentation and maintain personnel files.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and compensation documentation.
• Update HRIS/recruitment tracking systems.
• Ensure recruitment process complies with company policy and employment law.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management.
