• Highly organized, self-driven and able to juggle multiple hires at once.
• Good phone and interview manner; discreet with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Posting jobs and managing applications across platforms.
• Calling candidates and setting up interviews.
• Sitting in on/conducting interviews with hiring managers.
• Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Handling salary data entry and compensation paperwork.
• Keeping HR files and systems organized.
