Job summary

You will design recruitment strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience and strong English are preferred.

• Strong fluency in English is a must; knowledge of another Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities for assigned positions including posting ads and screening resumes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment tracking and update candidate status and interview outcomes.
• Communicate with candidates about interview arrangements and status updates.
• Support employer branding through events and campaigns in collaboration with the HOD.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Talent Acquisition and HR teams and onboarding coordination.
