Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Consultant – Sourcing to join our growing team. You will source and screen candidates across industries, conduct initial interviews, and help match talent to client needs.

No prior recruitment experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome. Training provided and guidance from Senior Recruiters. Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with clear career progression and a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates across JobStreet, LinkedIn, databases and other platforms
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
• Understand candidates’ experience and career preferences
• Recommend suitable candidates to our clients
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with Senior Recruiters / Team Leads to achieve placement targets
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database
