Job summary

Maxis’s PROTÉGÉ programme offers 12 months of hands-on recruitment analytics and AI-enabled initiatives to build practical skills. You will work across Talent Acquisition, HR, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to enhance hiring effectiveness.

The role focuses on recruitment projects, dashboards, and market insights, with opportunities to contribute to AI-enabled recruitment solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Psychology or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, AI tools or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition projects and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on recruitment initiatives.
• Support process improvement and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes and progress updates.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards and hiring metrics.
• Track KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Source of Hire and Offer Acceptance Rates.
• Analyze hiring data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in adopting AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies.
• Support sourcing, screening and recruitment activities when required.
• Conduct talent research, talent mapping and market intelligence exercises.
• Coordinate interview logistics and recruitment campaigns.
