Job summary

Maxis seeks a Protégé Trainee for Digital Transformation Project Support in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate AI initiatives, collect business needs and assist in tooling adoption across technical and contact centre teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree recognised by the Government of Malaysia and CGPA 3.0+.
Interest in AI, automation and technology to improve operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills with up-to-date documentation.
Good written and verbal communication with technical and business teams.
Familiarity with process mapping tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects: maintain trackers, log action items, and prepare weekly updates.
Gather stakeholder feedback and translate needs into clear requirements for AI engineering.
Map workflows and identify processes for AI automation.
Test new AI tools, develop user guides, and coordinate training.
Support budget and vendor tracking for software licences and deliverables.
