Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR/Business/Marketing/Communications/IT, or related field.
• Excellent verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Comfort with making cold calls and screening calls.
• Willingness to undergo overseas training in Singapore if selected.
• Strong interest in AI tools, productivity software, and recruitment tech platforms.
• Dynamic, target-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume phone screenings and candidate outreach to assess profiles and salary expectations.
• Assist in searching databases, job portals, social platforms, and talent pools to match CVs with open requisitions.
• Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules across candidates, agency consultants, and client hiring managers.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate profile records in ATS/CRM.
• Assist with pre-employment background checks and onboarding checklist tracking.
• Provide admin support for recruitment campaigns and client reporting metrics.
• Assist in testing and evaluating emerging AI-driven recruitment tools and automation platforms.
• Conduct desk research on HR tech trends, generative AI tools, and automation software.
