Maxis in Malaysia is seeking a ProtégéTrainee to support employee engagement and employer branding initiatives. You will help design and run engagement activities, improve onboarding, and assist with surveys to measure impact.

This traineeship offers hands-on experience bridging internal HR and external branding, working with cross-functional teams to ensure employees feel valued, connected and inspired within a fast-changing tech company.

Competenze

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Canva or video editing is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative.
