Job summary

Unibexs Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Administration Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment, manage HR operations, and coordinate employee lifecycle and administrative processes. The role targets skilled local talent for education/language centres, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance in Malaysia.

Qualified candidates possess 2–5 years as an HR Generalist, with strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and related statutory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience hiring local talent for education/ language centres preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for academic and non-academic roles.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including probation, performance, and exits.
• Oversee daily HR operations: attendance, leave, records, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and related regulations.
• Coordinate EMGS, immigration, visas, and regulatory docs with authorities.
• Maintain HR records and drive policy/process improvements.
