Eastridge Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements, payroll software familiarity, and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR generalist experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements.
• Payroll experience with relevant software is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
• Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions accurately and on time
• Keep employee records and HR system up to date
• Prepare HR letters: appointment, confirmation, salary revision, warnings, termination
• Administer benefits: medical, insurance and leave entitlements
• Support employee relations and disciplinary processes under the Employment Act 1955
• Coordinate training programmes and HRD Corp claims
• Help with performance appraisals and annual increments/bonus exercise
• Organise employee engagement activities and company events
• Take on other HR tasks as assigned
