Job summary

CB Talents SP is seeking a Taiwanese Customer Service Representative for a Tobacco Project in Malaysia. You will handle orders, payments, and inquiries, delivering high-quality service to international customers.

The role requires Taiwanese and English proficiency, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 6 months in customer support. You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM with rotational shifts, and contribute to a professional, confidential team environment.

Qualifications

• Taiwanese & English proficiency (spoken & written).
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
