Job summary

RSGx in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to maintain, secure, and optimise our systems and networks. You will support project delivery teams with seamless IT operations both on-site and remotely from our KL Eco City office.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT, strong Windows/Linux, networking, and cloud knowledge, plus a proactive troubleshooting mindset to ensure high availability and security across global projects.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Systems Administrator to support our growing team. You'll be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimising our systems and networks, while ensuring compliance with international standards. You'll play a key role in supporting our project delivery teams with seamless IT operations both on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Configure, Manage and Maintain Microsoft 365 tenants
• Manage network servers (including Azure infrastructure & Linux), routers, and switches
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
• Implement and manage firewalls, access controls, and security measures
• Handle system backups and disaster recovery planning
• Provide technical support and training across teams
• Document system configurations and internal IT procedures
• Manage Starlink connectivity for remote operations
• Oversee identity and authentication management
