Job summary

RSGx in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to maintain, secure, and optimise our systems and networks. You will support project delivery teams with seamless IT operations both on-site and remotely from our KL Eco City office.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT, strong Windows/Linux, networking, and cloud knowledge, plus a proactive troubleshooting mindset to ensure high availability and security across global projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across diverse teams.
• Proven experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking, and databases.
• Familiarity with virtualization and cloud services.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Manage network servers, Azure infrastructure, Linux, routers, and switches.
• Support ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 compliance.
