Job summary

RSGx, a multidisciplinary consultancy, seeks a Systems Administrator to support our KL Eco City office. You will maintain operating systems, applications, and Microsoft 365, while managing Linux/Windows servers, networks, and security to ensure high performance for project delivery teams on-site and remotely.

You will help enforce ISO standards, monitor systems, and implement backups and disaster recovery plans, providing cross-team IT support and documentation to sustain operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong Windows and Linux knowledge, networking, and databases.
• Excellent communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Configure, Manage and Maintain Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Manage network servers (including Azure infrastructure & Linux), routers, and switches.
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement and manage firewalls, access controls, and security measures.
• Handle system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical support and training across teams.
• Document system configurations and internal IT procedures.
• Manage Starlink connectivity for remote operations.
• Oversee identity and authentication management.
