Qualifications

• Professional Certificate or degree in IT/CS related field.
• Minimum 2 years IT experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, support resolution and professional consultation to customers.
• Provide technical support, system maintenance and hardware installation for contract maintenance customers.
• Complete project implementation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Assist sales personnel with technical and professional guidance to meet customer requirements.
• Initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to SLAs.
• Collaborate within the department and across teams and the company.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors.

Computer Land Malaysia is currently building a team of highly qualified consultants and engineers, who have broad experience in state-of-the-art technology solutions, as well as in-depth understanding of the underlying business issues that drive such initiatives.

Additionally, we seek to hire only those staff members who possess the unique combination of technical proficiency, initiative, and “people skills.” These professionals will be trained extensively, to ensure that all of our customers receive the kind of professional, customized, and personal experience they deserve.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 2 (s) of working experience In me related field Is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer -Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Responsibility:

• Providing technical assistant, support resolution and professional consultation to all customers
• To provide technical support, system maintenance and hardware installation for contract maintenance customers.
• To complete project implementation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Providing technical and professional assistance to sales personnel to meet the customer’ requirement
• The applicant must initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
• Participate and work closely within the department and also across the entire team and company
• Work as a team player within the company and with partners & principles and customer
• In addition to the harboring Customer Relationships, IT is also expected to develop and maintain good relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors
