Qualifications

Professional Certificate or degree in IT/CS related field.
Minimum 2 years IT experience in relevant field.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance, support resolution and professional consultation to customers.
Provide technical support, system maintenance and hardware installation for contract maintenance customers.
Complete project implementation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Assist sales personnel with technical and professional guidance to meet customer requirements.
Initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to SLAs.
Collaborate within the department and across teams and the company.
Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors.
