Job summary

KPJ Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Programme Governance Lead to oversee the Sustainability PMO, drive integrated planning and provide senior-level portfolio oversight. You will manage dashboards, risk and issue tracking, and ensure timely decisioning across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with hospital teams, finance and corporate functions to align initiatives with the Net Zero Roadmap and regulatory requirements, while supporting assurance readiness and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in project or programme management is an advantage.
• Preferably 5-7 years of relevant experience in programme or project management, PMO, corporate planning, governance or sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sustainability PMO governance, dashboards and reporting.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting and inter-unit scheduling for sustainability initiatives.
• Provide status updates, risks, issues and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
• Support committee secretariat work and minutes preparation.
• Ensure readiness for governance reviews and decision points.
• Drive integration of sustainability priorities into corporate planning.
