Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Governance professional to manage the Sustainability PMO. You will establish standards, templates and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, schedule adherence and budget usage.

You will coordinate planning with hospitals and corporate units and ensure timely decision-making. You will also manage the Management Sustainability Committee secretariat, maintain governance records and track risks, milestones and actions across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
Professional certification in project or programme management is an advantage.
5-7 years of relevant experience in programme or project management, PMO, governance or sustainability.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain PMO standards, templates and review routines for sustainability programmes.
Develop and maintain programme dashboards and portfolio performance metrics.
Manage the sustainability reporting calendar and governance secretariat.
Coordinate annual sustainability work plans and integrated programme schedules.
Review documentation for completeness and readiness for decisions.
