Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, sustainability, PM, or related field.
• Certifications in PM, energy management or green buildings are advantageous.
• 3–5 years in project coordination, operational delivery, facilities or sustainability initiatives.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders or sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver sustainability projects across KPJ hospitals and units.
• Translate approved plans into work packages and monitor progress, costs and risks.
• Support energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste reduction, water conservation and green buildings.
• Maintain project records and support handover and benefits verification.
• Prepare project plans, site assessments and readiness checks.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and hospital teams.
• Track progress and resolve routine issues.
