Job summary

WAWASAN EHSAN JAYA SDN. BHD. is seeking a qualified Surveyor for our Klang, Selangor based team. This full-time role focuses on accurate site surveys, topographical assessments, and preparing detailed survey plans to support construction projects.

You will set out building lines, perform boundary surveys, record site conditions, and collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure survey requirements are met. A relevant qualification and field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in surveying (National Diploma or Degree).
• Membership or eligibility for membership with a professional surveying body.
• 3+ years of experience as a Surveyor in construction.
• Proficiency with surveying software and CAD tools.
• Experience using total stations, GPS and laser levels.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of building regulations, planning requirements and surveying standards.
• Physical fitness to work on-site and willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and topographical assessments for data collection.
• Prepare survey plans, drawings, and reports using surveying software.
• Set out building lines, levels, and reference points on construction sites.
• Perform boundary surveys and establish property demarcations.
• Measure site dimensions and ground conditions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to meet survey requirements.
• Identify site constraints and propose solutions to project teams.
• Maintain accurate records and perform quality checks on survey data.
• Utilise advanced surveying instruments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
