Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of surveying principles and best practices in construction.
• Proficiency with standard surveying equipment and instruments.
• Ability to use surveying software and CAD for plans and data analysis.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using modern surveying equipment to gather accurate measurements.
• Assist in the preparation of survey plans, drawings, and technical reports.
• Perform site inspections and boundary demarcation to meet project specs.
• Record and document survey data with field notes and calculations.
• Support senior surveyors in land boundary investigations and property demarcation.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments including theodolites, GPS, and leveling tools.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensure quality control of surveying work.
• Communicate findings to project managers, engineers, and clients.
