Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying or related field
• Practical experience in construction site setting out is an advantage
• Familiar with Total Station and Auto Level
• Able to perform outdoor site work and work effectively with the construction team
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to work on construction sites

Responsibilities

• Carry out site setting out works based on construction drawings and specifications
• Measure and mark building positions, grid lines, dimensions, distances, and levels on site
• Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station and Auto Level
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning and dimensions
• Verify site measurements and maintain accurate surveying records
• Assist in checking alignment, elevation, and setting out points throughout the construction process
• Ensure all setting out activities comply with project requirements and construction standards
