Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd. Legal Entity in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive - Surgery to drive growth and engage surgeons and hospital stakeholders with innovative surgical technologies.

You will lead territory plans across Penang and Kedah, conduct clinical demonstrations, manage tenders, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver value.

This role requires travel within the territory, strong communication, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Business, or related discipline.
• Preferably 2 years or more experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong interest in surgical technologies and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to travel extensively within Penang and Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Deliver territory sales targets by executing account plans and expanding the Surgery portfolio across Wound Closure, Biosurgery, Energy, Endomechanical, and new launches.
• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations, procedural support, and in-service education to boost knowledge and adoption of surgical solutions.
• Develop and implement territory growth strategies to maximize portfolio penetration and adoption opportunities.
• Manage tender activities and account development initiatives while aligning with business priorities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to achieve commercial objectives.
