Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field-based Sales Executive for Surgery in Malaysia. The role focuses on driving MedTech sales to surgeons, coordinating education activities, and sustaining product availability in hospitals within the Petaling Jaya region.

Responsibilities include physician demonstrations, account planning, and regular customer visits to support tender processes and market feedback for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience from MedTech background.
• Sales experience into Pharma can also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assists in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives in prescribed territory.
• Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.
• Demonstrates proper use of products to physicians and develops customer-focused presentation packages.
• Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities to enhance healthcare professionals' knowledge.
• Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions; manages contracts/tenders.
• Coordinates with logistics to ensure product availability; executes promotional activities to advance sales.
• Maintains sales forecasts and submits reports; provides market feedback to management.
