Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Executive – Surgery in Kedah, Malaysia to drive growth across the Surgery portfolio including wound closure and biosurgery. You will partner with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, deliver clinical demonstrations, and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

You will lead territory growth, manage tenders and negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adoption of innovative surgical technologies across Penang and Kedah.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Business, or related discipline.
• Preferably 2+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Penang, Kedah, and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering and exceeding territory sales objectives by executing strategic account plans across the Surgery portfolio.
• Building trusted partnerships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders.
• Conducting clinical product demonstrations, procedural support, and in-service education programmes.
• Developing territory and account growth strategies to maximise penetration and adoption.
• Managing tender activities, commercial negotiations, and account development.
• Leveraging clinical evidence and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to achieve objectives.
• Maintaining accurate territory forecasts, sales reports, and customer records in compliance with Credo values.
