Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Executive - Surgery to drive growth across the Surgery portfolio in the Penang/Kedah region. You will engage surgeons and hospital stakeholders, deliver clinical demonstrations, and support both clinical and commercial value creation.

You will manage tenders, negotiate with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth. A Life Sciences or healthcare degree and healthcare industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry preferred.
• Strong interest in surgical technologies and customer-facing commercial roles.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed territory sales objectives by executing strategic account plans across the Surgery portfolio.
• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons and healthcare professionals to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations, procedural support, and in-service education.
• Develop and implement territory growth strategies to maximise portfolio penetration.
• Manage tender activities, negotiations, and account development aligned with business priorities.
• Leverage clinical evidence and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
