Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Executive – Surgery to drive growth across the Surgery portfolio in Penang and Kedah. You will engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals, deliver clinical demonstrations, and manage key accounts to expand market presence.

The role emphasizes territory planning, tender handling, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strong customer partnerships and sustainable sales success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
• Preferably 2+ years experience within medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Penang & Kedah).

Responsibilities

• Delivering and exceeding territory sales objectives by executing strategic account plans across the Surgery portfolio.
• Building trusted partnerships with surgeons, healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Conducting clinical product demonstrations, procedural support, and in-service education.
• Developing territory growth strategies to maximise portfolio penetration and adoption.
• Managing tender activities and commercial negotiations while aligning with customer needs.
• Leveraging clinical evidence and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Education, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams.
• Maintaining accurate forecasts, reports, and records per company policies.
