Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Penang is seeking a Sales Executive – Surgery to drive growth in the Surgery portfolio, engaging surgeons and hospital stakeholders with clinical and commercial value.

You will conduct demonstrations, support procedures, and manage territory plans across Penang and Kedah, travelling as required. A Life Sciences degree with healthcare sales experience is preferred, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Business, or related discipline.
• Preferably 2+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
• Strong interest in surgical technologies and customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver territory sales objectives and drive growth across the Surgery portfolio.
• Build trusted partnerships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Conduct clinical product demonstrations and in-service education.
• Develop and implement territory growth strategies and account penetration.
• Manage tender activities and commercial negotiations.
• Leverage clinical evidence and market insights to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and records in alignment with Credo values.
