Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Masai, Johor is seeking an Online Shopping Support to manage and monitor customer orders and coordinate with store teams. You will plan delivery routes, prepare shopping baskets, and ensure accurate receipts and records daily.
The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Manage and monitor online customer orders to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Plan and arrange delivery or collection routes efficiently according to order requirements.
Prepare and organize shopping baskets based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
Reconcile receipts against customer orders to ensure accuracy of items, quantities and charges.
Count and verify shopping baskets before and after order fulfilment.
Check order status and update the designated system or mobile application accordingly.
Coordinate with Pickers, Drivers and Store teams to ensure orders are completed within the required timeframe.
Monitor and follow up on missing, incorrect, damaged or unavailable items and update the relevant team.
Ensure all completed orders, receipts and baskets are properly recorded and accounted for.
Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and safety standards in the online shopping area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
Malaysian citizens only.
Able to manage and process online customer orders accurately.
Good attention to detail and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Able to plan routes and organise orders according to delivery or collection schedules.
Comfortable handling receipts, counting baskets and checking order details.
Basic understanding of smartphones or mobile applications is an advantage.
Responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
