Job summary

Lotuss Stores Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our store operations in Malaysia. You will accurately pick and pack customer orders, check expiry dates and product quality, and ensure items are prepared to required standards.

You will handle chilled, frozen and ambient products, update order status in our system, and work closely with the team to meet deadlines. Shift work, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and collect products accurately according to customer orders.
• Ensure correct product, quantity and quality for each order.
• Check freshness, expiry dates and condition before picking.
• Pack orders carefully according to required standards.
• Handle chilled, frozen and ambient products appropriately.
• Update and manage order status using the designated system or app.
• Coordinate with team to prepare orders within required timeframe.
• Report out-of-stock, damaged or unsuitable products to Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and safety in picking/packing area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Store Manager.

Job description

Pack customer orders carefully according to the required standards.

Ensure chilled, frozen and ambient products are handled and stored appropriately.

Update and manage order status using the designated system or mobile application.

Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are prepared within the required timeframe.

Report out-of-stock, damaged or unsuitable products to the Supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and safety standards in the picking and packing area.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.

Requirements

Malaysian citizens only.

Able to pick and pack customer orders accurately according to the order list.

Good attention to detail and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit and able to stand, walk and handle products for extended periods.

Basic understanding of smartphones or mobile applications is an advantage.

Responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
